In 2002 I moved from a 26 year career in publishing to sole proprietor of this boutique design company, CarolMasonDesign.com.

My passion is spiritual inspiration expressed in art. My talent is design and programming. Combined they result in Technical Art. I assist others to see their talent expressed on the Internet in a beautiful configuration that purposefully invites the visitor to linger and return.

I love beauty, serenity, peace and the expression of design, print, type translated into the visual context on your computer and hand held screens and smart phones.

My talents bring together artistic expression.

Two decades + of experience in publishing -- hot type and cold type; designing logos, letterhead, newsletters, magazines and newspapers; graphic design, photography and websites. My experience includes management at various levels where I was accountable for team building and consistently meeting deadlines. I am a grateful journeyer in this life who has known true happiness and some tragedy which have developed a richness, compassion, empathy and verve for this great adventure called life! Designing in other mediums is a natural expression for me as well,-- such as gardens, interior living spaces, watercolor/oil painting, and needlepoint patterns.

iBook and eBook design are new ventures that started in 2013. In 2015 I joined work with a private investigation firm as Chief Design Officer.

Moments of whimsy... with animals and people, travel, gardening, sailing, horses, archery, reflectively expressing art and spiritual inspiration... speak to who I am.
